Working for a large organization experiencing an exciting period of change, the suitable candidate will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the patch based activities. Responsible for a team of 15 staff, you will provide support and guidance on all issues arising relating to the housing management function, plus undertake monitoring of the performance of the office, ensuring key performance indicators are met, relating to voids, arrears etc. Although the suitable candidate will not have responsibility for a patch of properties themselves, previous experience working within Housing is essential, together with previous staff management experience.
